No! As a brand, we do not test our products on our furry friends and none of our products contain animal-derived ingredients.

- Store products in a cool, dry, dark location, in areas inaccessible to children. Tightly close all caps to avoid leakage and contamination.

- Yes, all our packaging is recyclable, but we recommend our bottles to be reused. We encourage our consumers to check out our blog posts periodically to learn different ways to reuse our bottles.

- Our products are created by Kems Pure Products, LLC in the United States. Some of our ingredients (specially the essential oils are manufactured either within the United States or internationally).

- We currently do not have a subscription program for your products. However, stay tuned because that will be coming soon!

- Since your order takes time and love to make, our typical processing time is 2-5 days after your order is placed. After that, your order will be shipped, and you will receive an email of the tracking information. Depending on your shipping address, you can expect to receive your delivery within 1-8 business days via UPS or USPS.
